Our luxury vacation rental properties are hand selected as the best La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, and Coronado have to offer, consisting of multi-million dollar homes with all the amenities and concierge services of the world’s finest resorts.

All of our properties are privately owned. They are beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and well-equipped to include everything you would need in a vacation home. Our goal is to place the right guest in the right home. Whether you are looking for a golfer’s gateway, a romantic home for your honeymoon, a luxury and extravagant home for a special occasion, a winter gateway during the cold months, a tranquil home near the beach to relax and forget all your worries or a family-friendly spacious home with a big grill & private pool, we have the perfect home for you. Full concierge services are available to each guest, including prearranged grocery delivery, luxury car rental, airport transportation, restaurant recommendations and reservations, discounted tickets to local attractions, babysitting services, private chefs, bonfires on the beach, hot air balloon rides, yacht tours, and much more. Personal service is our forte. We will be in touch with you in advance to make sure you have everything you need before you arrive, will meet you at the property for a tour of the villa and provide you with keys, an instruction manual for the house, and local information on our favorite things to do and places to eat in San Diego. About The Team

 

Jennifer Hegemier is a native to La Jolla and a lawyer with an active practice for over 28 years. After successfully renting her own properties for several years, Jenn decided to use her legal background, marketing expertise, and personal knowledge as a vacation rental homeowner to create a niche business aimed at creating the easiest, most luxurious and stress-free way to plan and enjoy a vacation. Jenn focuses on onboarding new homes and assisting owners with the transition to guest-ready vacation renting, marketing strategies, competitive but accurate market pricing, and detailed owner management. Most important, Jenn spends the time to provide a perfect union between each guest and the right individual home.
 
Jillian Margiotta heads the  Reservations Department and is integral to the company’s operations . She has a background in customer service, hospitality, billing and accounting which she utilizes to the fullest. She is the primary manager of our vacation rental software and integration between owner and marketing channels. Jillian brings a fresh, youthful vigor to the business and will often be the first person a guest encounters to assist in planning the perfect vacation in the perfect Villa. She can also provide local current information about where to eat, what to do for fun, and area attractions.

Michael Bolger is our Business Development Director and Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise in the corporate vacation rental industry.  Formerly with Travel Keys, One Fine Stay, and many other luxury vacation rental listing companies, Michael brings his creative approach to marketing, keen business knowledge, and analytics about how to get the most out of vacation renting your home.

Nichole Sessions and Brieana Yavorski comprise the Guest Services team.  They head the Housekeeping, Maintentance, and Provisioning Operations.  They are the ones who makes sure every home is thoroughly inspected, spotlessly clean, and well provisioned.

Edwina Chong and London Newcomb  are often the ones who meet you at the property to provide a brief tour and the how-to’s of your vacation rental. They can also provide local current information about where to eat, what to do for fun, and how to enjoy life in coastal San Diego to the fullest!

Jennifer Pizanno is our staging and interior designer for onboarding new properties and keeping our homes in style.

Laura Cora has a background in customer service and business management. She makes sure the reservation calendar is accurate, heads quality control and coordinates the maze of check in and check out operations.

Kristin Mahan, Head of San Diego’s Key Concierge, is our partner who provides each guest with 5-star concierge services to help you arrive, relax and enjoy your vacation.
